Syrian-Emirati Council for Women Entrepreneurs Holds Strategic Meeting at Official HeadquartersSharjah, September 9, 2025 — The Syrian-Emirati Council for Women Entrepreneurs, under the leadership of President Ms. Mai Al Ghajary, successfully held a key meeting with its members at the Council’s official headquarters, the Arab Regional Training Center, located at Al Maha Tower, Office 1003, Al Taawun Street, Sharjah.

The meeting, which took place on Tuesday, September 9 at 11:00 AM, was organized in response to members’ request for a collaborative gathering to strengthen ties, exchange insights, and develop a clear roadmap for future initiatives. The session was marked by an atmosphere of openness and shared ambition, reflecting the Council’s mission to empower women entrepreneurs and enhance cross-border collaboration between Syria and the United Arab Emirates.
 
Key Outcomes of the Meeting
1.Training and Capacity Building
•Agreement to launch a series of training workshops aimed at addressing practical challenges faced by entrepreneurs.
•The first confirmed workshop will focus on Time Management, to be conducted in person at the Council’s headquarters.
•Another planned session will address Role Distribution in the Workplace, emphasizing teamwork and organizational efficiency.
2.Media and Communication Strategy
•Development of a dedicated podcast series to highlight success stories and share expertise among women entrepreneurs.
•The inaugural episode will feature an exclusive conversation with prominent Syrian and Emirati businesswomen, underlining the Council’s vision of giving women a stronger voice in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
3.Institutional Partnerships and Collaboration
•Initiation of communication with the Emirates Businesswomen Council, led by Dr. Shafeeqa Al Amri, to coordinate a specialized event focusing on the fashion and design industry.

• Coordination with the Dubai Foundation for Women and Children to schedule a future meeting and explore avenues of cooperation in areas of empowerment, social responsibility, and support services.
