Women’s Leadership & Creative Excellence Award ﺟﺎﺋﺰة اﻟﺘﻤﻴﺰ اﻟﻘﻴﺎدي واﻹﺑﺪاع اﻟﻨﺴﺎﺋﻲ
The Women’s Leadership and Innovation Excellence Award is an initiative by the Syrian Emirati Council of Businesswomen, aimed at recognizing and empowering outstanding female leaders while supporting their ventures.
The award also seeks to highlight distinguished organizations led by women that have made a tangible impact in the fields of leadership, innovation, and community development.
It celebrates achievements across two main categories—individual and institutional—with a strong focus on visionary leadership, measurable results, and social responsibility.
All applications will be evaluated by a panel of three experts from the Arab Canadian Innovation Association. Each submission will undergo a rigorous assessment based on the criteria outlined on the official award website.
Award Categories
Corporate Category
The evaluation in this category is based on four key criteria:
1. Innovative Projects
This criterion assesses the originality of the company’s core project, its uniqueness, and the effectiveness of its market entry strategy.
2. Growth and Success
This criterion evaluates the company’s performance over the past year, including measurable achievements such as growth, expansion, partnerships, profitability, awards, and overall market impact.
3. Corporate Social Responsibility
This criterion measures the company’s initiatives and contributions toward serving and supporting the community.
4. AI & Automation Integration and Its Impact
This criterion assesses the company’s adoption of AI and automation technologies, and how these have contributed to improving operational efficiency, enhancing products or services, and driving growth and innovation.
5. Future Vision of the Company
This criterion evaluates the company’s strategic outlook, including its future vision and expansion plans over the next two years.
Individual Category
This category is dedicated to women who have made a meaningful impact on society. The evaluation is based on three key criteria:
1. Future Vision
This criterion assesses the clarity of the candidate’s vision and her ability to present innovative, actionable ideas that contribute to development and advancement within her field.
2. Achievements Over the Past Year
This criterion evaluates the candidate’s tangible accomplishments, including professional growth, business expansion, and impactful initiatives achieved خلال the past 12 months.
3. Community Contribution
This criterion focuses on the candidate’s contributions to society over the past year, including humanitarian initiatives, training programs, support for women entrepreneurs, volunteer work, and broader social responsibility efforts.
