A Landmark Event in the Council’s Planned Initiatives: A Distinguished Meeting Between Syrian and Emirati Women Entrepreneurs

As part of the series of initiatives announced by the President of the Council, Mrs. Mai Al Ghajri, the Syrian-Emirati Council for Women Entrepreneurs inaugurated its first major activity with a distinguished and impactful meeting between Syrian and Emirati women entrepreneurs.

The event was held on Wednesday at 5:30 PM in Villa 68, Jumeirah 1, Dubai, in an atmosphere of openness and collaboration. It stood as a remarkable milestone, where participants engaged in constructive dialogue, exchanged strategic insights, and laid the foundations for knowledge-sharing that is set to shape future partnerships. This meeting reflected the shared aspirations of both sides and reinforced the Council’s commitment to cultivating enduring alliances and advancing women’s leadership in the regional business arena.

This inaugural meeting also marked the commencement of a broader series of initiatives organized by the Council. The second initiative, the “Ambitious Youth” training workshop delivered by coach Noora Harba, centered on understanding market dynamics and exploring new opportunities. The third initiative—a legal awareness session on company law—equipped participants with essential knowledge of the regulatory frameworks that underpin sustainable business development.

The Council affirms that the outcomes of these initiatives will become evident in the near future, symbolizing not only the distinguished achievement of this first meeting but also the long-term vision of empowering women entrepreneurs through knowledge, innovation, and collaboration. The contribution of Emirati businesswomen brought exceptional value, enriching the dialogue and serving as a powerful example of how cross-community cooperation can open new horizons for growth and success.
